Laura Yelland - Assistant Corporate Operations
Laura's duties include assisting Al in all corporate operational functions. Laura heads the maintenance department which entails managing large projects such as paving, painting and roofs, as well as smaller maintenance items, i.e. lighting and landscaping.  Laura also handles accounts payable, preparation of operating and reserve budgets, and year-end taxes. Laura is responsible for attendance at Board meetings, preparation of meeting minutes and emergency response on assigned weekends.


Tasha Parmelee - Administrative Director
Tasha's duties include assisting Al in all administrative functions. Tasha's duties include insurance renewal and insurance claims, Association transitiions, accounts receivables which entails record keeping of payments received, mailing of monthly statements, collections, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. Additionally, Tasha oversees preparation of board packages, meeting notices, scheduling of board meetings and escrow requests throughout the selling and buying process. Tasha duties also include disseminating annual meeting notices, ballot notices, and election results. She is also responsible for all applications for Architectural Control Committees, Security and parking as well as CC&R violations. She attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and emergency response on assigned weekends.


Mariana Santillan – Maintenance Director
Mariana assist's Laura in all maintenance projects.  Mariana's duties include obtaining proposals for large and small maintenance projects, scheduling and coordinating all maintenance issues within an Association. Mariana attends Association meetings, preparation of meeting minutes and emergency response Monday-Friday. Yo hablo español.


Rachel Lintott – Administrative and Escrow Coordinator Assistant
Rachel duties include assisting Tasha in all administrative functions. Rachel coordinates escrow requests throughout the selling and buying process. Rachel's duties also include accounts receivables which entails record keeping of payments received, mailing of monthly statements and drafting of monthly membership newsletters. Rachel's duties also include scheduling Board meetings, disseminating meeting notices, agendas and preparation of board packages. She is also responsible for clubhouse rentals. She attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends.


Brittany Schilpp – Maintenance Coordinator Assistant

Brittney's duties include assisting Laura with coordinating maintenance work orders and follow up. Brittney attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends. 


Maegan Rempillo – Administrative Assistant of Communications
Maegan's duties include assisting other team members in all administrative duties, directing our clients to the appropriate person to assist them with their needs. Maegan is also in charge of office organization and ordering supplies.


Molly Tabler – Administrative Assistant
Molly is in charge of special projects, filing and archive organization. Molly's duties also include assisting other team members in all administrative duties, and directing our clients to the appropriate person to assist them with their needs.
