Laura Yelland - Assistant Corporate Operations/Maintenance Manager
Laura's duties include assisting Al in all corporate operational functions. Laura heads the maintenance department which entails managing large projects such as paving, painting and roofs, as well as smaller maintenance items, i.e. lighting and landscaping. Laura also handles accounts payable, preparation of operating and reserve budgets, and year-end taxes. Laura is responsible for attendance at Board meetings, preparation of meeting minutes and emergency response on assigned weekends.
Tasha Parmelee - Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager
Tasha's duties include overseeing all administrative functions and staff, including legal matters, association transitions, election ballots, title changes, collections for all accounts receivable, and preparation of financial statements including bank reconciliations and year-end financial reviews. Additionally, Tasha prepares year end disclosures for all Associations. She attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and emergency response on assigned weekends.
Rachel Lintott – Administrative Assistant
Rachel duties include assisting Tasha in all administrative functions. Rachel's duties also include accounts receivables which entails record keeping of payments received, mailing of monthly statements and drafting of monthly membership newsletters. She is also responsible for CC&R violation notices and architectural control. She attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends.
Brittany Schilpp – Maintenance Coordinator Assistant
Brittney assist's Laura in all maintenance projects. Brittney’s duties include obtaining proposals for large and small maintenance projects, scheduling and coordinating all maintenance issues within an Association. Brittney attends Association meetings, preparation of meeting minutes and emergency response Monday-Friday.
Nadia Ruotolo – Maintenance Coordinator Assistant
Nadia's duties include assisting Laura with coordinating maintenance work orders and follow up. She is also responsible for handling any parking/security issues, ordering signage for properties and translation of documents for our Spanish speaking clients. Nadia attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls Monday-Friday. Yo hablo español.
Molly Tabler – Administrative Assistant
Molly is responsible for handling insurance renewals, distribution of checks, financial filing and is trained to assist in maintenance items. Molly coordinates escrow requests throughout the selling and buying process. Additionally, Molly is responsible for scheduling Board meetings. Molly attends Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on designated weekends.
Maegan Vidal – Communication & Facilities Coordinator
Maegan is responsible for direct greeting of clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Maegan's primary duties include preparing board packages, assisting other team members in all administrative duties, reception, supply order, compile Board and annual meeting packages, Association mailings, clubhouse rentals, confirmation of appointments and key/permit distribution. Maegan is also in charge of office organization.
